We need your help. If you want to help make this a great success please stepup and join us. Contact Kevin Melrose at krmelrose@yahoo.com. More details to follow.

Alcatraz Island Day Trip

Posted on Jun 1 2015 - 8:17am

We had a great time!  We had 7 Scouts and 4 parents go to prison.  We explored the island, listened to the stories of the inmates and visited Pier 39 too. We are planning on visiting Alcatraz Island on Saturday May 30th.  We will leave approx at 830am, visit Pier 39 then head to Pier 33 to make the 12noon ferry to the island.  Do the 2 hour tour and spend the day at the island and enjoy our bag lunch.  Last ferry back is around 330pm.  I need to know who is planning on going by the 13th of May so I can make reservations.  We've invited Den pack 694 to join us.  It looks like we will have 11 people going. This should be fun.
